Fertile Lands, Pampa Humeda, was inspired by photographs taken from an aircraft in its approach to the city of Buenos Aires.  This very fertile land, once called, the grain house of the world, looks from above, like patches of different crops, forming a quilt-like view of its changing colors and textures, traversed by rivers and roads in all directions.
 
Three photographs were digitally manipulated to create the one that inspired this piece.
