My Argentinean series reconnects me with the landscapes of my childhood. Born in Buenos Aires, I grew up with the dramatic contrasts of Argentina’s geography. Rather than simply depict these places, I explore how they feel and how memory reshapes them. Using photos from my travels, I create layered digital “sketches” as roadmaps for my paintings. On canvas, I move between realism and abstraction, working in acrylics, encaustic, and mixed media. Transparent and opaque layers, rich textures, and bold geometry evoke the fractured forms of the Andes and the depth of personal and cultural memory.
